The following are the basic requirements needed for a loan

• valid state issued driver's license
• current paycheck stub documenting stated income
• complete copy of most recent phone bill at current address in consumer's name
• 5 personal references with name, address, and phone number

• landlord reference or last month's rent receipt
• debt ratio must qualify at 50% of net or 40% of gross
• title/registration of vehicle used for collateral*
• book out of the vehicle with vin# used for collateral
• proof of insurance with $500 deductible or less**
